As the pale nights mist fades, The Stone Giant awakes upon his perch high above the city. On the spires of the cathedral known as his home, he looks to his right, to find the one that he and his kin call, "Ivory" he smiles at her,as she awakes from her stoney sleep,left by the day. His voice filled with his happiness of his princess at his side, he tells her of something , which many of their kind never thought of doing,in a world of humans."We need to set up a safe haven for our brethren, I feel that with the progression of the city, there will be fewer places for them to take refuge,"he says to Ivory. She looks back at him with midnight blue eyes reflecting setting off a pale dark blue hue on her surroundings off of her leathery ivory white skin, she folds her wings slowly over her shoulders smiling at him " Yes, there aren't many places now, where we can dwell without being seen, by the ones that torment us for being monsters.'' She smiles lovingly , reaching out , slipping her talons into her Stone princes' hand.A smile remains on the Stone Giants face,clasping his own talons around Ivory's. " Alot of our kin elders will appreciate our concern of our kins saftey " he says staring at his princess. She smiles at him,nodding, " Of course,some of our kin are afraid of thinking of such a risk of the dwellings being discovered by humans,for we're all different in our own ways of weaknesses. " she says softly with a smile. She leans over,and kisses her princes' lips softly,and nuzzles him affectionately. He smiles,returning her kiss,and nuzzle. " Come ... let us go look for a suitable place for the haven,it'll be alot of work,but as long as you're at my side,Ivory...I can do more then any Gargoyle alive " The Stone Giant says to his compainion at his side. A small blush comes over her pale skin, " As can I ...my prince .. "she says lovingly,leaning,kissing him again,as she slowly lifts her wings from her back, " Let us go then.. " she smiles,letting go of his hand ,and half jumps from her perch catching a up draft,and floats a little in front of her Stone Giant,her long white hair flowing in the wind,along with her long slinder tail,her beauty is defined with the bright light of the moon. She offers her hand out to her prince,watching him with a soft smile,and lovingly narrowed midnight blue eyes,also illuminated by the moons fair light,which matches her perfectly. The Stone Giant sits still,for a few moments,after taking Ivory's delicate taloned hand,he admires her beauty ...perfected by the light ..of this silver lit night,he smiles at her with a sigh,lifting his large dark wings from his back,and makes a graceful step from his own perch,he gently hovers close to Ivory,taking her other hand,and kissing each with more admiration for the most beautiful thing,in ages he's seen. She smiles,returning both his kisses to his lips,she playfully tugs his hands,and he lets go of one,they gently glide off towards the inner city,hand in hand,admiration to admiration...to find...a haven for all their kind to flourish,and live in peace.
